AI-Native Foundations – Building Your Skills for the Age of AI

Participants will not only gain literacy in AI fundamentals such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent agents, but also learn how to apply AI to create measurable business value.

Through hands-on practice, each participant selects a real workflow from their work environment and explores ways to enhance it with AI—guided by the seven AI-Native Success Factors.

By the end of the course, participants will have:

- a playbook for compliance and risk management in AI adoption,
- a personal 30-60-90 day action plan to implement AI in their role.
