Generative AI (GenAI) has rapidly become part of everyday work, yet in many organisations much of its potential remains untapped. Too often it is limited to individual experiments, which means the real value does not show up in team decision-making, innovation, or quality improvement. Now is the time to take the next step: building co-intelligence, where AI becomes part of collective work and AI investments start delivering tangible results — both for teams and for leadership.

Co-intelligence takes agility to the next level

Co-intelligence has a direct impact on agile ways of working. It not only supports them, it fundamentally reshapes them. Co-intelligence shortens development cycles, reduces the need for ceremonies, and breaks down traditional role boundaries — enabling organisations to move towards truly agile and value-driven ways of working.

What problem are we solving?

  • GenAI use remains at the level of individuals. Real value comes only when AI becomes part of team collaboration.
  • Distributed and hybrid work makes collaboration harder. Co-intelligence offers new ways to build creativity and effective teamwork across dispersed teams.
  • AI transformation often lacks structure. This workshop provides a practical model to guide AI investments and maximise their impact.

What will participants gain?

  1. Research-based insight that gives a clear understanding of how teams can use AI and how this translates into measurable results.
  2. Hands-on experience of co-intelligence, allowing you to see in practice how AI strengthens team dynamics, accelerates decision-making, drives more innovative solutions, and improves quality.
  3. A leadership tool — a ready-to-use model for a GenAI co-intelligence pilot, helping you assess AI’s added value, identify risks, and focus future investments where they will have the greatest impact.

Workshop structure

  1. From research to practice
A review of the latest findings on the interaction between AI and teamwork.
  1. Experiential exercise
A guided RobotAI exercise where you experience first-hand how AI enhances collaboration and results.
  1. Strategic perspective
An overview of the key components of AI strategy and their application in your own context.
  1. Pilot design
Building a draft plan for a GenAI co-intelligence pilot tailored to your organisation.

Who should attend?

The workshop is aimed at IT and technology leaders, project and product development leads, business executives, as well as specialists and teams who want to use generative AI to enhance efficiency and improve quality in their work.
